Here we have a very nice 1970s / 1980s Multi Purpose (Rally) map reading light / lamp in brand new condition! The lamp comes never used in its orginal carboard box. It comes with a hook that can be mounted to the dashboard with double sided tape. The lamp features a ‘flip-out’ magnifying glass, a (illuminated) mirror, and a magnet so it can be attached to any metal surface. The lamp is fully made of sturdy hard plastic, designed in the United Kingdom (UK), and manufactured in Hong Kong. The lamp has no on / off switch, it is turned on when plugged in a standard cigarette lighter socket. The light bulb is a 5 Watt (12V) type. This 40+ years vintage original map reading lamp snugly fits in your hand and it weighs just 125 grammes. The  coiled cord measures 30 centimetres (11,7 inch) and 100 centimetres (40 inch) fully extended.
