BENTLEY – Fifty Years of the Marque – Johnnie Green

Bentley Fifty Years of the Marque by Johnnie Green is a must have for the avid Bentley enhusiast/ owner. The book covers all the models from the 1919 ‘3 – Litre’ prototype through the 1969 T – Series. Remarkable about this book is that it is not a normal ‘reading’ book with an ocean of text, the book contains hundreds of period photographs with interesting textual captions describing what you see in the picture. You will be stunned by all the Bentley types and models pictured in this book. They give the enthusiast a thorough impression of all the cars and variations Bentley has built in a ‘time-frame’of fifty years. This book should be on the book-shelf of every Bentley enthusiast and historian.
This book is rated ‘in very good condition’; This because we have had the book professionally repaired / restored. The front cover showed a crack (see photo inside the front cover). The book must have been ripped from a previous readers hands… by a furious and fed-up ‘best half’ probably! Now the book is virtually in near FINE condition. The text bloc and the spine are very solid and crisp and the pages are white and clear throughout. The dust jacket is excellent and full of colour with only a few ‘closed’ and hardly visible tears. The dust jacket is now protected by a high quality Brodart polyester film archival jacket cover. Please study the many photos of the actual book carefully, they form part of the description. “Enjoy the Ride!”
