Here we have a vintage original 1960s – 1970s Pressographe Type 252 tyre pressure gauge / meter. This very neat dashboard item will be a great addition to any classic car. The device is made in France and it is stored in it own red plastic pouch. The unit is in excellent vintage condition. The pouch was thoroughly cleaned but it still carries a vintage patina and it shows a tiny tear in the seam. The meter is manufactured from chromed metal and hard plastic. The meter works correctly. Tested with a modern digital meter the tyre pressure reading was less than 0.1 bar off. These gauges were available for sale in most European countries.
