The Nomad Airguide compasses were sold new in the USA, in Europe these compasses are rare items. The model 79 models were made from the early 1960s until the 1970s. The compasses can be magnetically adjusted with adjusting screws in the bottom. The compass body measures L x W x H: 70 x 60 x 85 millimetres (3,75 x 2,4 x 3,4 inch). Length over all is 150 mm / 5,9 inch and it weighs 195 grammes. The 79 Deluxe model features a metal mounting bracket for fitment to the dashboard of your car.
